Please note you must complete your volunteer shift as listed in order to receive the free race. You must "check out" with the Volunteer Coordinator or Production Assistant (course build shifts) after your volunteer shift to ensure you will receive your free race code.
You will receive your code via email within 1 week from the last race day of the event you volunteered. If 2 weeks have passed without receipt, please check your volunteer account under "Coupons" before emailing here correct email Ukraine Spartan Email Address.
If you are emailing Ukraine Spartan Email Address please include your full name, email, the race you volunteered, and the location you would like to race for free.
The Volunteer Free Code is good for any CEU Spartan Sprint, Super, or Beast (it cannot be used for international races, Ultra, the Agoge, or other races other than the standard Sprint, Super, or Beast.) Please note, a coupon code WILL NOT gain you entry into a sold out heat or race.
If you are missing your code, you must contact us at Ukraine Spartan Email Address at least 2 weeks before your desired race.
You can gift the free race to a friend but prior to giving to your friend you have to make registration on your name. after approving of your registration, you can make online substitution.
The free race is good for one year. We are flexible if your desired race is a little after one year, but cannot hold free races open indefinitely.
If you sign up for a free race and then cannot make it, we can transfer your free race to a different event only one time (must be before the race occurs.) If you try to transfer more than once, you will forfeit your entry.
You can sign up with a team using the code. Your free race works as any other registration, as you enter the code during check-out.
Your bib number might not be posted until the week of the event.
