How do I make an insurance claim, if I sustained an injury while at an event?
All runners (except all kids categories) who are registered for event organized in Central Europe (CEU) are automatically insured for a race day at MetLife. The insurance does not include insurance events occurring on the road to the race and on the road from the race. The insurance covers only insurance events occurring during races on the racetrack. For more information on insurance coverage, refer to the "Coverage Range" document below. A competitor who has wounded in a race and wishes to report a claim may withdraw the Insurance Claim Report form. Please note that the accident medical insurance coverage does NOT include Disability Insurance or Loss of Income coverage. Further, any and all claimants will be required to complete the attached claim form and provide copies of all medical records.
